IMPORTANT NOTICE :   ALWAYS USE CLEAN MOULDS

The Standard usage conditions for OUR Moulds

  • Wash the moulds using soap water before using for production in first time only
  • No need to wash the moulds on daily basis
  • Stack the mould in order after de moulding
  • Whenever cement mix sticks to the inside portion of the moulds due to any reason, wash and clean the moulds thoroughly using soap water or dilute acid before using for production
  • Make a practice to inspect the moulds once in a Month and if necessary clean the moulds
  • Please ensure that the de-moulding is done in a gentle way
  • Rough handling can damage the moulds or designs in the moulds
  • Avoid over stacking of Concrete filled moulds to reduce the bulging of moulds
  • It has recommended to use the spacers for stacking of filled moulds
